We are a subscription-based software service. With a subscription, you have access to frequent software updates and improvements, ensuring that you always have the latest version of our software. Additionally, a subscription model allows us to offer better support and services to our customers.
What kind of support do you offer?
We offer comprehensive support for our software to ensure that you have a smooth and successful experience. This includes: virtual sessions to help set up the software, technical support for any issues with using the software, and consultation services to advise on best practices when using the Integrated SNP/CHC Model*.
Can I try PsychWriterPro before I commit to a subscription?
Yes, we curently offer a free 14-day trial.
What kind of training or resources do you offer to help me get started with your software?
We offer several training and resource options to help you get started with our software quickly and easily. Our Help Center is a comprehensive resource that includes articles, tutorials, and FAQs to help you learn about the features and functionality of our software. We offer an onboarding consultation for new users to help them get set up with our software. During this consultation, our product experts will guide you through the setup process, answer any questions you may have, and provide training on the basic features and functionality of our software. Lastly, we have a variety of video tutorials available on our YouTube channel that cover everything from basic setup to advanced features.
What are the system requirement for using the software?
Our software is designed to be accessible to a wide range of users, but there are some system requirements that you should be aware of to ensure optimal performance. We recommend using a computer with at least 2GB of RAM to ensure that our software runs smoothly. Our software is optimized for Windows/Mac computers with the latest versions of Google Chrome and Apple Safari web browsers. We recommend that you use one of these browsers to access our software. Lastly, our software is designed to be responsive, meaning that it can adapt to different screen sizes and resolutions. This means that you can access our software from a variety of devices, including tablets like the iPad.

Is PsychWriterPro HIPAA Compliant?
We have followed all the guidelines outlined in the HIPAA Security and Privacy Rule to the best of our ability. This includes implementing appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of electronic protected health information (ePHI). We undergo regular audits and assessments to ensure that our software remains fully compliant with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Do you offer a business associate agreement (BAA)?
Yes, we offer a BAA to all of our customers who require one. This agreement outlines our obligations as a business associate and ensures that we are held accountable for protecting ePHI in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
How do you protect and store patient data?
Customer data is encrypted using AES-256, which is a highly secure encryption algorithm to protect from any potential security breaches or data leaks. In addition to AES-256 encryption, we also employ multiple layers of security controls, including access controls, monitoring and logging, and regular security audits and assessments to ensure that our system remains secure and protected against potential threats.
