This Privacy Policy must be read in combination with Report Insights LLC's Terms of Service, and describes how Report Insights LLC may collect, use, and share information submitted by you with the Report Insights LLC PsychWriter Pro ™ ("Product"). "You" and "Your" refer to anyone using the Product. Report Insights LLC will comply with the HIPAA requirements regarding privacy to the extent required by law.

1. Collecting Submitted Data and Identifying Information

(a) Report Insights LLC collects non-personally identifying information about examinees which You enter into reports generated by the Product ("Submitted Data"). (b) Report Insights LLC may also collect information identifying You, and Your use of the Product including login information, session information, timestamp information, first and last name, business name, social security number, e-mail address, phone number, and residential street address ("Identifying Information"), number of report credits purchased, used, unused, and information related to the purchasing of report credits.

2. Use of Submitted Data and Identifying Information

(a) Report Insights LLC may send You e-mails and other correspondence regarding the Product, our site and other correspondence and services that we believe may be of interest to You. Report Insights LLC will not share Your Identifying Information with third parties for their commercial exploitation. You may opt out from receiving certain communications, but not from formal notices relating to the operation of the Product, or concerning Your relationship with us. (b) Report Insights LLC may use Identifying Information to improve the functionality of our Product and services at our sole discretion. (c) Report Insights LLC may use Submitted Data at its discretion for any lawful purpose.

3. Sharing Your Identifying Information

Report Insights LLC does not sell, rent, or license Your Identifying Information to third party. Report Insights LLC may disclose Your Identifying Information to subcontractors or associates who provide Report Insights LLC with services related to the Product. Report Insights LLC may also be compelled to disclose Your Identifying Information by a court, administrative agency, or operation of law. In such a case, Report Insights LLC shall first notify You and provide You an opportunity to prevent or restrict such disclosure. In no case, may Report Insights LLC provide Your Identifying Information to third parties for advertising or solicitation.

4. Protecting Submitted Data and Identifying Information

Report Insights LLC shall maintain security controls to protect all data collected from Your use of the Product. Report Insights LLC may aggregate Submitted Data, and use this aggregated data at its discretion for any public or private purpose. Any use of aggregated data will not contain your Identifying Information.

5. Revisions

Report Insights LLC may change to this Privacy Policy at any time. You will be notified of any changes to these Terms and those changes will not go into effect until you agree to them. If you do not agree to changes, Report Insights LLC may cancel your service, and offer a prorated refund for any unused services. No changes to these terms are retroactive.

6. Transfer of Ownership

We may transfer ownership of Submitted Data and Your Identifying Information for any legal purpose not prohibited under this Privacy Policy, but any acquiring third party must agree to safeguard all data with protections that are the same as or more protective than those set out in this Privacy Policy.
